Irrespective of the type of usage, commercial or non-commercial, permission from the artist must be acquired before the usage of any material in reference to the artist. 

NON - COMMERCIAL USAGE


All materials, including but not limited to text, media, and performance-related content available on this website, are free to use for non-commercial* purposes under the following conditions:

  • Proper credit must be given to the source information.

  • The name of the artist and artwork must always be mentioned in full.

  • A link to the source information must be provided wherever possible.

  • Citation rules must be followed as per globally recognized standards.

 

Failure to adhere to these conditions may result in a request for removal of the content or further action as deemed necessary.​​

WHAT CONSTITUTES AS NON-COMMERCIAL USAGE?

Non-commercial usage includes but is not limited to academic research, educational purposes, personal study, artistic inspiration, and cultural exchange initiatives where the material is not being used for profit.

 

This also includes use by non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and independent researchers where the content is used without monetization, commercialization, or financial gain.

The fees and terms for commercial usage will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering the following parameters:

  • The nature of the event or material produced.

  • The target audience.

  • The cost of access to the material produced.

  • The duration of circulation of the material produced.

To facilitate the licensing process, the requesting party must provide details covering these parameters in their initial email.

WHAT CONSTITUTES AS COMMERCIAL USAGE?
